Weekly Plastic grocery store bag full of garbage thrown from car, it would seem it was thrown. The way it is spread out. You must know the situation as your crew keeps cleaning it up. Someone has the gall to continue to dump their garbage on a weekly basis. It is disgusting and very, very sad. Can you not install a camera? I have witnessed the bags, sometimes spewed out all over or sometimes intact, for over a year. They do it either late at night or very early in the morning. Put up a cheap camera to stop this. |
