DETAIL DESCRIPTION
While waiting in line at a Taco Bell, I observed the driver toss a straw wrapper out of the drivers window, mere inches from a trash can. Made no effort whatsoever to throw the trash into the can. He drove north on Diamond Bar and tossed additional paper trash out the same window. I pulled alongside him and asked why he was throwing trash out his window. He replied Its just trash |
