DETAIL DESCRIPTION
At 7:45 A.M. I was exiting I-95 Northbound, exit 74, 45th St, I witnessed a black man throw a coffee cup out the drivers side window. My passenger exited my car and picked it up, when he looked at her she said, this is disgusting He told her to F___ Off and started to get out of car. I told her to get back in car and told him its a $500 fine to litter; he gave me the finger and threw a cigarette package out of the window. |
