As I was exiting Hamlin Street to turn onto Manhattan Street early this afternoon, someone from the vehicle described below (which was driving along Manhattan St toward Sheffield St, where they made a left onto Sheffield St) tossed a bag of fast food debris from the right passenger window. As a long-standing tax-paying homeowner in this neighborhood, such behavior is deplorable! |
