DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Three men maybe in mid 50s smoking in front of a home on Waimea Ct. They then walk towards another neighbors home on the corner within the court on the right side of the street upon entrance and smoke and talk there for a few minutes. One person I remember distinctly holding a cigarette. When they leave my neighbors home he is not holding a cigarette. I assumed that he littered in front of my neighbors home. When they went inside my neighbors home that they were visiting I went outside and checked to find a cigrette. Then, I walk in front of my neighbors home and find a cigrette which looked fresh as if it was immediately thrown to the ground. Looks like the man littered on the part of the street right in front of my neighbors house. |
