DETAIL DESCRIPTION
We were driving on the LIE EAST, a little before the Sagitikos parkway and all of a sudden, a huge cloud of trash flies out of the back of this waste truck. It looked like the tarp was not securely fastened and the wind cause all the debris to fly out uncontrollably. Looked like a lot of plastic bags, papers, cardboard, etc. IT WAS A LOT!!! |
