DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Light traffic at a traffic light. This car was directly in front of me, and I saw the car door on the drivers side was being opened, and the driver placed a paper bag (resembling a McDonalds to-go bag) with other trash in it on the road. The driver then closed the car door, and proceeded driving. The vehicle moved forward for only a few feet due to traffic, and the drivers window then was lowered, and a yellow crumpled paper (resembling a burger wrapper) was tossed out of the window by the driver. The window was then rolled up, and the car drove off. |
