White car Driving E on Cervantes in the right hand lane @ 1 block before 17th Ave and I witnessed the driver throw out a McDonalds bag of trash onto Cervantes. Car turned onto 17th, went South on 3 mile bridge thru GB proper, right lane and veered towards Bob Sikes, Pensacola Beach. |
