DETAIL DESCRIPTION
A passenger from the front passenger side of a Silver Honda threw a large cup full of garbage, napkins, food and other particles, out of their passenger side window, which almost hit my windshield. This happened on the FL-985 South/NW 107th Ave/Homestead Extension of Floridas Turnpike around 11am on Monday, March 27, 2017. I had to dodge it by swerving slightly, which could have caused an accident. Another car behind that Silver Honda had to slow down. I was in the next lane over, a few feet behind the Honda in the inner left lane closest to the turnpike extension concrete barrier. |
