DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Atkinson Park - Apparently they finished eating lunch, were parked off the single lane road that goes through the park. Pulled out in front of me, and after passing through the stop sign at the top of the hill, in front of the playground, threw the trash out the window. A few minutes after that a cigarette was tossed out the window. |
