DETAIL DESCRIPTION
A man walks with a store carriage and keeps putting big garbage (furniture, electronics etc, big plastic filled bags) on route 18 South near the Englishtown Road exit behide trees. This was cleaned up a week ago by the Dept of Transportation but he is dropping again.
He also dropped garbage near the Old Bridge Fire Station and Route 516 in front of Williams Hair Studio. |
