Someone else was driving and there was someone in the back seat.I thought it was an accident until she did it again. And then 3 more times. It looked as if she was handing the tissues to the person in the back seat who used the tissues/napkins for God only knows what dirty thing and then she would throw them out the window. I hurriedly ran outside the McDonalds as they were driving off and yelled stop littering but I dont think she heard me as her window was almost fully rolled back up. I think the license plate number is correct as I was far away and had to squint. Its either ZV 7924 or VZ 7924 or ZV/VZ 2479. Sometimes I transpose numbers. I really hope you can find and fine this piece of human garbage. Check the security video from around 730-740pm at the taco bell for a more accurate description.
