DETAIL DESCRIPTION
I was sitting at a red light on Brighton Road heading north at the intersection of Brighton Road and Marshall Avenue when the car in front of me just started tossing all kinds of litter from the driver side window until the light turned green. I was in complete shock and amazement that this person had little regard to throwing this trash from their car. |
