DETAIL DESCRIPTION
At approximately 11:50 am, on June 6, 2017, on Highway 85, between the exits for Highway 17 and Saratoga Avenue, the driver of a maroon Honda Odyssey threw a burning cigarette from his/her car. So stupid, so dangerous!!!!! I hope you can at least send this person a warning -- it might at least make him/her realize that people are watching and concerned. And, it might scare them enough to think twice before continuing this senseless, LAZY behavior. |
