DETAIL DESCRIPTION
The driver tore up trash and dumped it in front of my house. I picked up the papers and noticed a name and address. The name on the paper is: Abdikarem Mohamud at 763 Oaks Edge Dr. Columbus, OH 43230. It was a service record for his car. He left, came back, 15 minutes later, and then dumped his fast food cup. I cleaned it up both times. We take pride in our neighborhood and do not want this to continue. |
