DETAIL DESCRIPTION
The 238th St stairway between Irwin and Waldo Aves. in Riverdale has been covered for a few years now, and has become a dumping ground. There is more and more litter of all kinds, plus overflowing trash bags. There are large apt buildings on either side, but neither appears to take responsibility for the appearance of the stairway. As a result, it is a dump. |
