My girl friend and i were driving up rockford bay rd twords the highway when we whittnessed the passenger throwing bottles out the window. When we go to the highway i tryed to say something and the passenger flipped me off and they drove away. Both me and my girl friend whittnessed it. Please ticket these people. |
