Two men driving a 2016/2017 Black Volvo XC90 T6 were traveling east on US98 when the passenger of the vehicle rolled down the window and threw out empty beer cans. As we approached the vehicle, we noticed they were drinking as they were driving. We took a picture of the vehicle to note the license plate, Illinois plate# Q399511. |
