DETAIL DESCRIPTION
I was behind suspect while he was ordering from drive-up window. I saw him take trash from his car and throw it outside on ground. I got out of my car, walked up to him, handed him the trash he just threw out. As I walked away he said, Wow, and then threw the trash out the window again. Then he sped up to pick up window, then sped off very fast. I have receipt to show my time and day. I went into Taco Bell and reported it. They verified they had the incident on their camera.
