DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Day car staff has smoked on our property, Poplar Way Condominiums, at our community mailbox, and along the building side on 204th St Sw, Lynnwood, always leaving cigarette butts and other debris, throwing the lit butts into dry parched grasses. We have requested over the years to please pick up their debris they agree then do it anyway. I have asked and confronted them many times this summer and they just dont care. This morning I picked up 47 butts from last week, Help before they start a fire. |
