DETAIL DESCRIPTION
this man comes out every morning and sits on the front entry stairs that have access to my apt. and his. Since he probably moved into this building before I did, I guess he feels entitled. I am tired of coming home and picking up his cigarette butts, easily 12-14 per day. Not only that , the fumes while this is going on. |
