DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Male age 30-45 in a Grey Dodge Caravan throws garbage out drivers side window. I wanted to say something, but couldnt while driving and his windows were closed. At the traffic light my daughter took a picture of his license plate. I guess he saw so he started to take pictures of my vehicle, license plate and pulled up next to me and took photos of me. Very strange |
