DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Driver operating a white colored mazda sedan 4 dr decided that he didnt want any cigarette debris in his vehicle so he decided to sprinkle the rubbish out the window, it first started with the wrapper, then after he stopped at the light he found more rubbish to expel, ie. used pack of cigarettes, the foil from the pack and a handful of balled up paper. |
