DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Hostile man ran into car in front of him, parked, stayed awhile to check out his bumper and then littered his food wrapper, when asked to pick it up he threw his food towards us, got very hostile, swore at us & wanted to fight. He then smoked a cigarette & littered that too then drove off. He seemed appeared to be under the influence of something. |
