DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Leafblower use equals dumping. There is never a bag or bin in sight. I have made multiple videos over the past few months, at several addresses, which document the yard workers shepherding every last leaf, twig and dog turd to the edge of the yard for the grand dump into the street. It happens every day in every neighborhood of this city. I see it wherever I go, but I have videos of it at addresses on my street. |
