Hit and run Litterbug

DETAIL DESCRIPTION
At least 3 to 4 times a week, I see entire fast food bags and fast food trash on the side of this road, all within 50 yards of the same spot. I suspect someone has been throwing their fast food trash right out the window as they go around this curve. Its a lot of trash each time, and since I dont live on any of the properties surrounding the road, I dont know how to find out whos doing it.
