I witnessed the passenger open the door, while sitting at the red light at Pinhook and Carmel Dr.(I think), open the door, and throw this bag of trash onto Pinhook. I took this picture. The lady in the car next to me took a picture and was reporting it, too. I hope this helps to keep our community clean. Thank you!
