DETAIL DESCRIPTION
In addition to last nights activity, neighbors toss wine bottles over fence into side yard and stuffs them in shrubs in front yard. I have preserved some bottles as evidence of littering. This littering is in addition to ice cream rappers, candy wrappers, cups and water bottles inadvertently left on property by residents. |
