DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Man in Black Mercedes sedan with CA license plate 4PYM771 continues to repeatedly throw empty vodka bottles out of his car window right in front of our house, once or twice per week. My husband and children and I have been picking the bottles up for months and have witnessed him several times in the act. Tonight, finally, I was able to get his license plate. |
