DETAIL DESCRIPTION
This stranger comes every single day and leaves pieces of plastic bags, plastic plates and cups! Its a women who doesnt live here but comes every day and pretends feeding feral cats around our houses. Shell bring food and leave it in plastic cups, bags, plates, and next day shell come again and bring more bags or plates. With wind it will be here and there until this big car from City will come and clean our streets. And between the time when this car comes we are having all this trash flying around.
We called police on her multiple times, weve had police helicopter and couple police cars here, they needed to get handcuffs on her because of how aggressive she was. She stopped for couple weeks and shes back again. Weve called police for trespassing before but now shes littering. When we call 311 by the time police is here shes gone already, she does it really quick now. She comes between 6:30 pm and 8pm daily. please HELP US! We dont know how to stop her. |
