DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Large white bag and large white cup thrown out of drivers side window tossed back and behind. I had to swerve to avoid getting hit by the debris.
Also, driver was driving aggressively, but not illegally, crossing the center lane to pass multiple cars. Driver was ahead of me for about 5 miles. |
