DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Man with curly hair and fedora was driving recklessly heading south on 2 fwy, got off at York Blvd (after almost sideswiping 3 cars to get past them in the emergency lane) and turned left. His passenger was small wearing a baseball cap, appearing to be a child. He sprayed some kind of scented spray all over inside the car then threw the empty can out of the window. He then illegally drove around two cars to get further ahead and disappeared after I took a picture of his license plate. |
