DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Our fourth floor neighbour(s)
a) leaves trash bags outside the front entrance of our apartment building, instead of taking it to the communal trash compactor, as well as empty bud light boxes.
b) throws MASSIVE amounts of cigarette butts off the balcony, where they collect in the hundreds. The area is dog friendly, and it is impossible to keep the pets from ingesting the cigarette butts because there are just so many. Upstairs neighbours show no regard for ground floor neighbours who end up with all these cigarettes on the lawn right outside their patio. Unbelievably inconsiderate. It has been brought up to management, that told us its hard to pinpoint who is doing it. |
