Threw big wad of thrash out the passenger window, scattering in the ditch on the right hand side of hwy 89.He threw his arm up in the air, very pleased with himself.The vehicle was traveling east. Approximately one block east of Muscadime Drive /The vineyard. Mayflower, Ar. Officer Elliott is our Resource Officer. He does an excellent job!! Perhaps he could chat with these young upcoming citizens. |
