DETAIL DESCRIPTION
There are people continuously dumping all kinds of trash, diapers and their boxes,old tvs, house trash, old furniture, bottles etc. On the next street of Franklin and louder. The trash is piling up and then when some of it is cleared on trash day wh ich is friday people will come right behind them and dump some more trash. Alley cats are spreading the trash even more because theyre searching for food. Its so bad that it goes into the street where cars arent able to park anymore. Unfortunately I never get to see whos doing it but I can send pictures of the trash. |
