DETAIL DESCRIPTION
While stopped at the red light, white male, approximately late 40’s, short light brown hair, round wire rimmed glasses, threw a yellow container out of the window. He immediately shut the window. The vehicle proceeded through the intersection turning left towards monroeville and stopped for traffic where he repeated the process of opening his window, throwing a yellow container out of the window and immediately closing it before proceeding to drive.
