DETAIL DESCRIPTION
In slow stop and go traffic they rolled down the window, threw the cup out and rolled it back up. I passed them soon after when I took the exit ramp, they saw me try to snap a photo of them and rolled the window back down (presumedly to yell at me, but I was too far away to hear by that point). |
