i live new new england st and washington blvd in los angeles CA,In recent years the amount of trash being dump on my block has increase, due to a liquor store and a mini store saling liquor to homeless and people ingeneral.The homeless, they all stay on the coner of washington blvd and new england st, drink and they leave all their trash there. The owner of the store does tell them or saying anything for them to do their things else where. we also live close to an alley, the alley has be come a dumping zone fot anybody, leaving trash all the time.I myself have to clean all the time. but is like wasting my time. every body comes and trows their trash near the alley.Please i new to find a solution,on how to decrease this problem, because every i go outside to play with my son, theres always people peing near my house , drinking bear and trashing the block. |
