A drug addict female that lives in a van at 3313 Herndon St, a known drug house, left the first full cart on 2/13 at 9:17am and the second cart on 2/14 at 7:00 pm... I have both times recorded on my home cameras... she is always seen walking around this area with an aggressive tan/white pit bull |
