DETAIL DESCRIPTION
The paper Penny Power is thrown out on everyones lawn, even if you call them and tell them you DONT want it.. Plus the papers also pile up on the lawns of vacant houses..
And if the distributing guys, doesnt deliver it to you, then they just thrown it into the alley, so they still get paid for x amount of papers they deliver .. this is creating a huge mess, and people are tired of it. Many have repeatedly called the NEWS LEADER paper, [ distributers ]; to no avail.. HELP !!!!!!! |
