First I witnessed driver straddling 2 lanes well before they merge (Rainier Ave S heading northbound from Brandon St.) to prevent other cars from getting ahead and others behind from getting through the light. Then about 2 blocks from there I see the driver toss two items out the window. One is white crumpled paper and the other black and square, maybe plastic wrapping. Windows are tinted so I never saw the driver. * I have a photo of the rear of car with license plate. *
Incidentally, shortly after I witnessed driver move into the bus lane (illegally) to skirt around traffic stopped Alaska Ave intersection. Saw him later exit Rainier Ave to head north on MLK. |
