DETAIL DESCRIPTION
A blonde lady at about 7:15 p.m. threw a sack of garbage under her car. I noticed while walking in the park and heard a strange crunching sound from what was probably a pop can. I stopped and stared at her and watched from a short distance to see if she would pick it up. She got out, smoked a cigarette, then got in her car and drove away very fast.
