DETAIL DESCRIPTION
at or about 1:15 today, 3/20/2018 I witnessed a silver, mid-sized auto, tag # 6BA757, whose single occupant, while stopped at the light at NW 10th and May Ave, open her door and sweep out the trash from what appeared to ber her fast food lunch. This included bag, cardboard cup holder, paper and other misc trash. She then closed her door and drove west on 10th street |
