DETAIL DESCRIPTION
As I was leaving work, I was following a blue van (KY plate 994 NVD). I turned into Howe Dr out of my work garage, then left onto Crosby parkway, the male passenger threw out tangerine peels at least 4 times, one on Howe and 3 other times on Crosby. One fell on the grass and other times on the road. We both stopped at the light as he (heavier set with gray goat teeth beard) and female drive with blonde shoulder length hair) were turning left onto Taylor Mill road and I was turning right. We had eye contact while he was throwing another piece of peel out the window. There was also a Covington police SUV turning onto Magellan way. |
