DETAIL DESCRIPTION
We were driving behind the car and when we got near the Cash Creek Nature Preserve area the passenger rolled down her window and threw out, what looked to be a big black can, maybe an energy drink can. The reason I put “purposely” is because she put her hand out the window and just kinda did a tossing motion behind her and then proceeded to just let her hand hang out the car window. I also noticed their car has an expired vehicle tag. |
