DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Tag number H3 540, a handicap vehicle, was pulling out onto Skelly Drive (from Town West) in front of me. They were going very slow and dumped the contents of their drink on the ground and then dropped their cup, too. I said hey! And they then sped up snd didnt stop at the stop sign. When they had to stop at the next sign, I got their plate number. This was at 3:20 pm. |
