Tall,slim male, got out of car & threw his, leftovers over the snow bank, then rapidly left on 2/11/18. 2/3/18 a bag full of leftovers & bottles were thrown in the middle of the street. In between those dates several small liquors bottles found on sidewalks & lawn, all occurences at night. |
