DETAIL DESCRIPTION
The woman driving the Rav 4 had her four way flashers on in a right turning lane so she could eat her food just purchased from the square, her window was down, knee up on the steering wheel wolfing down her to go food. She then knowingly stretched out her hand and dropped her large paper bag outside of her car, and soon after started pulling away, she continued to drive with her four way flashers on until taking a left on to Santa Barbara. When on Santa Barnara she was riding so close to the guard rail I was cringing because I thought this girl is going to hit it. Her driving seemed all over the place. She then took a right without blinker and sudden onto recreation lane. |
