Black GMC Sierra Denali, License plate DSU 7466
Dumped (2) bags of garbage along the NE corner of Clark Road and M100 at 2;35 PM THURSDAY, April 19th. Once the spotted me they sped to I96 East toward Lansing with a truck load full of bags. It appears they were dumping these into drain culvert on the NE corner of M100 and Clark. I have awesome pictures!!!!! |
