DETAIL DESCRIPTION
I walk this gravel road for exercise and Ive picked up trash along this road on three occasions. Im convinced its the same person because its the same trash week after week. This person eats IHOP from Jefferson City on the way home to California, MO then dumps his sack of food container waste. Also, the same beer and liquor over and over. I dont mind picking it up, I feel like Im helping and getting exercise at the same time. But, Id like it to stop. |
